Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the   PDF Tools – Prime Tool mobile application (the "App") operated by TechEmpire ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

1. License and Use of the App TechEmpire grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to scan/distribute illegal content.

  • Attempt to bypass the App's billing or advertising systems.

2. User Content and Local Processing

  • A. Local Storage: Prime Tools - Image & Pdf is designed to process and save your documents, PDFs, and images locally on your device (routing files to your public Documents and Pictures folders). We do not host, store, or back up your files on our servers.

  • B. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your scanned documents and files. TechEmpire is not responsible or liable for any lost, corrupted, or deleted files resulting from app usage, accidental deletion from your public folders, device failure, or app uninstallation.

  • C. Content Legality: You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you scan, edit, and share using the App.

3. Prime Tools PRO Subscriptions and Purchases The App offers a premium version ("Prime Tools PRO") that unlocks VIP tools and removes advertisements.

  • Billing: All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are securely handled by the Google Play Store (Google Play Billing). We do not collect or store your payment information.

  • Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings. Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • Refunds: Because all transactions are processed by Google, refund requests are governed by Google Play’s refund policies. TechEmpire does not directly issue partial or pro-rated refunds for active subscription periods.

4. Advertisements (Free Tier) The free version of Prime Tools - Image & Pdf is supported by advertising. By using the free version, you agree to the display of banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and rewarded ads provided by our third-party partners (such as Google AdMob). Purchasing a Prime Tools PRO subscription will permanently remove all mandatory advertisements from the App.

5. Intellectual Property The App, including its original design, features, functionality, and code, is and will remain the exclusive property of TechEmpire. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our brand, logos, or app name without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TechEmpire makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or be completely secure against device-level vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TechEmpire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
