2. How We Handle Your Files

Our primary tools deal with sensitive user files (PDFs, images, code, invoices). We utilize a Strict Client-Side Architecture to ensure your privacy:

PrimeTool (Android App)

When you use PrimeTool to scan documents, compress PDFs, or generate GST bills, zero files are uploaded to our servers. All processing is done using your device's local CPU and RAM. Files are saved directly to your local Android storage.

WebUtilityHub (Web Tools)

We utilize HTML5, WebAssembly, and modern browser APIs. When you select a file on WebUtilityHub, the processing occurs directly inside your web browser. Your data is never transmitted over the internet to a remote server. Once you close the tab, the data ceases to exist in the browser memory.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

While we do not collect your personal files, we (and our third-party partners) do collect standard, anonymized data required to maintain and monetize our free services:

• Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data such as device model, OS version, browser type, and crash reports. This helps us fix bugs and improve performance.
• Log Data: In the case of an error in the app, we may collect data and statistics (via third-party products) called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, time and date of use, and app configuration.

4. App Permissions (PrimeTool)

To function correctly, PrimeTool requests the following local device permissions. These are strictly used for the app's core functionality:

• Camera Access: Required strictly for scanning physical documents. We do not record video or access the camera in the background.
• Read/Write Storage: Required to select images/PDFs from your gallery to edit, and to save the final compressed/merged PDF back to your device.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To keep our premium tools 100% free, our ecosystem is supported by advertising. We use third-party service providers who may use cookies or unique device identifiers to serve personalized ads.

Google AdMob & AdSense

We partner with Google to display ads on our apps and websites. Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our websites or other sites on the internet.

6. Data Security & Children's Privacy

We value your trust. Because we utilize client-side processing, the risk of a server data breach compromising your personal files is virtually non-existent (since we do not hold them). However, remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
