1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Tech Empire Software. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Tech Empire Software, founded by Prajwal MN, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

This agreement governs your access to and use of our ecosystem, which includes:

3. File Ownership & Local Processing

Tech Empire Software takes pride in our Zero-Tracking, Client-Side Architecture. Because tools like WebUtilityHub and PrimeTool process data locally on your device's RAM:

• You retain 100% ownership of the files, PDFs, and images you edit, compress, or generate.
• We have no access to your personal files, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for the content you generate or process using our utilities.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to edit or watermark the documents you process using our software.

4. Our Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, website designs, tutorials, articles, UI elements, and logos (collectively, the "Content") are owned or licensed to Tech Empire Software.

You are granted a limited license to access and use our web utilities and read our blog posts for personal use. We assume no liability or responsibility for any:
