1. Data Processing & Offline Functionality (Privacy by Design)
Prime Tool is designed with a strict Privacy-by-Design architecture.
Local Processing: All document scanning, PDF editing, E-Signing, ZIP extraction, and image manipulations are performed 100% locally (offline) on your device.
No Cloud Storage: We do not upload, store, or transmit your files, documents, photos, or signatures to our servers or any third-party cloud servers.
2. Information We Collect
While we do not collect your personal documents, the App does collect certain standard information to function properly, serve ads, and process premium upgrades:
Advertising Data (AdMob): The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device’s Advertising ID and network information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
Camera Data: The App requests access to your device’s camera strictly for the Document Scanner and ID Scanner features. The camera feed is processed instantly on your device and is never transmitted to us.

To provide our core features, the App requires the following Android permissions:
Camera: Required for document scanning and capturing photos for PDF conversion.
Storage Access (Scoped Storage): Required to open PDFs, extract ZIP files, and save edited documents back to your device. We use Android's native Storage Access Framework to ensure we only access the files you explicitly choose.
Billing / Play Install Referrer: Required to manage and verify Premium subscription purchases securely.
Internet / Network State: Required exclusively to fetch ads from Google AdMob and verify in-app purchases.
5. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
